Staff Highlights: October Employees of the Month!

We are happy to announce that Dr. Dodd and Payton J. have been nominated as our October Employees of the Month! Both staff members have been nominated by their peers and are a direct reflection of their dedication to teamwork, patient care, and creating a positive work culture.

Dr. Dodd has been a veterinarian at Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center for 21 years! In that time she has treated several types of pets ranging from cats and dogs to rabbits and guinea pigs! As Dr. Dodd is a very experienced and knowledgeable veterinarian, she consistently takes the lead in onboarding our new veterinarians. She is a very supportive and reliable mentor for our new doctors. Her skills as a valuable team member, paired with her loyal client base create an environment in which Dr. Dodd can consistently strengthen the bond and support she offers to both her clients and their pets. Payton has been with the Client Service team since August of 2021. In that time, she has been very helpful in training new staff members to ensure they are confident before taking on their tasks. She has also sought out learning opportunities and is always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it's in Reception, assisting in Exam Rooms, or working with the Pharmacy team. Payton is proactive in finding solutions when issues arise for our clients and is always looking for ways to turn setbacks into comebacks. Her dedication to Bishop Ranch and our clients and their pets is truly incredible. Congratulations on your nomination!
