Celebrating Excellence: Meet Our December Employees of the Month, Daniela and Roshni!

  At  Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center, we take great pride in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our incredible team members. For December, we are excited to celebrate two outstanding employees who have been nominated by their peers for their exceptional contributions: Daniela and Roshni!

  Both Daniela and Roshni have gone above and beyond in their roles, consistently demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a passion for providing excellent care to our clients and their furry companions. Their commitment to our values and their positive impact on our team make them both incredibly deserving of this recognition.

  We are thrilled to celebrate Roshni as one of our December Employees of the Month! Since joining our team in May 2020, Roshni has consistently demonstrated incredible dedication, growth, and a commitment to excellence! 

  Roshni’s journey with us has been nothing short of inspiring. She has gained valuable experience across several departments, from Boarding to Client Services, Pharmacy, and much more. She’s now proudly serving as one of our new Shift Leads, where she plays a pivotal role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

  Some of Roshni’s daily responsibilities include processing medication refills, managing client interactions, and supporting both clients and employees with a positive attitude. She’s always one of the first to step up and help wherever needed, ensuring everyone—whether team member, client, or patient—feels supported.

  What truly sets Roshni apart is her commitment to our Professional Standards. She consistently leads by example, turning challenges into opportunities and inspiring others to do the same. Her patience, empathy, and calm demeanor have made a lasting impact on everyone around her, especially on those tough days!

  Roshni says the best part of her job is, ”seeing all the animals, and helping keep a positive attitude”. 

  We are also excited to recognize Daniela as one of our December Employees of the Month! Daniela has been with Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center since March of 2022, and during her time here, she has consistently demonstrated both professional and personal growth.

  Daniela’s commitment to her role is evident in her daily interactions with clients and her willingness to meet the needs of the team. She is always ready to step up and help, whether it’s assisting her colleagues or taking on new challenges to further her own growth. Daniela actively seeks out opportunities for training and improvement, showing a proactive approach to her development.

  What truly sets Daniela apart is her positive attitude, even during challenging times. Despite the pressures that come with our fast-paced environment, Daniela remains professional and respectful, never letting negativity affect her or the team. She is a model of maintaining composure and staying focused on the task at hand, always prioritizing the success of the team and the well-being of our patients.

  Her thoroughness and attention to detail also stand out qualities. Daniela is diligent in her work, constantly asking thoughtful questions and offering valuable input when needed. She’s quick to jump in and assist during surgeries and always checks back in with her team to ensure they have everything they need to succeed.

  When asked about her favorite part of working at Bishop Ranch, Daniela shared, “The first thing I look forward to is seeing well-cared-for patients and the satisfaction of doctors when they request treatment or assistance. I also truly value the teamwork and collaboration with my coworkers, especially on the busiest days.”
