Giving Back

Our technician Niki spent a week in Baja, Mexico with Crossfit Pleasanton building a new baseball field for the El Oasis Orphanage. Prior to the trip they raised money and accepted donations of baseball equipment and supplies. Dr. Liesl Peterson donated a backpack full of baseball equipment to their efforts. They also brought over $5,000 worth of food which they delivered to the homes in the community.
 

Niki and the CFP group built the entire baseball field in 8 hours! Afterwards they taught the children to play. You can see the finished field, the donted quipment (including Dr. Peterson's backpack!), and the children playing a game in the photo collage. Also pictured is Niki with three of her favorite kids from the trip. We love that we work with people who have such giving, generous hearts. Thank you Niki for all that you do!
