Although we do not have a re-opening date, we are planning on providing clients a monthly update on our status of reopening. Based on safety guidelines, number of staff vaccinated we are hopeful we can open in the next few months.
Thank you for everyone's patience we know it is difficult to leave your pets with us and not be there with them for their exam visits. We will continue to offer video calls with doctors and staff for those clients that are interested and have outside meeting areas to support social distancing during these times.
Pet owners will still be permitted to come inside to be with their pet at the time of euthanasia.
In the meantime, please remember these curbside tips to help with your next pet's visit:
Schedule your pet's wellness and vaccine appointments in advance. Currently, we are scheduling wellness appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. It is never too early to schedule your pet's next examination.
Complete our Pre-Visit Questionnaire for your pet. You can attach pictures, and records to this questionnaire which your pet's doctor will have access to make sure nothing everything is discussed that you want to!
Bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier. Please keep them secured until we ask.
Please stay in your car. This allows us to maintain the distance needed for your (and our) safety.
Keep your cell phone line open and charged. We need to be able to reach you to discuss treatment.
If you or a family member are sick, please reschedule. Please help keep us healthy so we can keep on caring for pets.
Plan for a longer visit than normal. Extra disinfection procedures and time on the phone, means appointments may run longer than normal. Please do not hesitate to ask if you can leave your pet with us.
